Marketing campaign project leader


Functie

Your responsibilities:

Project lead in creation of marketing content for model campaigns:

- Manage agencies and internal stakeholders

- Support the development of communication strategy into creative

- Follow up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channels

- Ensure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the Pan Euro network

- Ensure production budget efficiency and production quality through production audits and reconciliations

PDCA of model campaign performance :

- Conduct analysis on usage of assets and content by National companies and production efficiency

- Monitor and analyse the take-up and localisation of communication assets across the network

Coordination of Pan European market network :

- You are in daily contact with our Pan Euro network managing ad hoc request for your projects/models

Coordinate and manage project budget:

- Monitor and report regularly on your project budget

- Follow up on purchase order process and invoicing

- Conduct monthly fee hour reviews with agencies

- You are process driven and have strong affinity with product

- You dispose of strong analytical skills

- Good multi-tasker, organised and project management oriented

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)

- Proficiency in English is required, other Languages will be an asset

  • Marketingstudies uitvoeren
    Communiceren met de commerciële diensten, de algemene directie, ...
  • Een balans van de marketingacties opstellen en verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Strategieën voor fondsenverwerving voor een goed doel of vereniging opstellen
    Campagnes voor fondsenwerving sturen
  • Het marketingplan opstellen
    De ontwikkeling van de uitvoering van het marketingplan controleren
